Valeria supports the firm’s legal teams on a range of matters, from complex commercial litigation and business disputes to criminal investigations and prosecutions.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Valeria provides in-depth research on critical factual issues and carefully organizes case information. She is committed to assisting her teams as promptly and effectively as possible.
Prior to joining the firm, Valeria worked as a paralegal at a litigation boutique in New York City, where she was able to develop many of the skills she applies in her current work. She also volunteered for the Children’s Law Center of Massachusetts, where she advocated for low-income families with children in need of assistance in areas such as education and immigration. Valeria has a special interest in criminal defense and pro bono work, and her past participation in writing exchange programs and casework with incarcerated adults and juveniles has given her a deeper connection to incarcerated individuals and an understanding of the realities of the prison system.
