She has experience litigating in federal and state court representing both individual and institutional clients. Samantha’s experience includes all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery and depositions, and preparing for oral arguments and trial. Samantha is dedicated to her pro bono practice, which includes advocating for the rights of indigent and incarcerated individuals.

Prior to joining Harris Trzaskoma, Samantha clerked for the Honorable Brian M. Cogan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She also worked as an associate at a large global law firm in New York where she developed a broad litigation practice with a focus on antitrust law, breach of contract claims, and the technology sector.
