Alex is an experienced and creative civil litigator committed to achieving positive results for his clients. He represents individual and institutional clients in a range of civil matters in federal and state court. With a reputation for thoughtful, exacting work product, Alex constructs compelling, deliberate, and meticulous arguments from complicated fact patterns to advance his clients’ interests.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex clerked for the Honorable Sarah L. Cave of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He also worked in private practice representing and advising clients in a broad range of complex areas, including civil rights, employment discrimination, land use, and free speech and religion matters. Alex’s experience spans all phases of litigation, including motion practice, oral argument, mediation, and appellate work.
