Theresa Trzaskoma

Vikram is a determined problem solver who finds practical solutions for his clients’ legal challenges. He represents individual and institutional clients in civil disputes and in matters involving white collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement, and internal investigations. In navigating matters, Vikram is relentlessly focused on the strategic objectives of his clients.

Vikram is adept at untangling complex fact patterns and regularly guides clients through sensitive and highly scrutinized matters requiring nuanced approaches. His clients hail from an array of industries and have included financial institutions, telecommunications companies, portfolio companies of private equity firms, and healthcare organizations. In addition to litigating civil disputes, Vikram also defends both institutional and individual clients against government enforcement actions and investigations brought by the DOJ, SEC and state regulators, and in internal investigations.

Prior to joining Harris Trzaskoma, Vikram practiced law at the San Francisco office of a global law firm and at a litigation boutique in New York City.
